3 Account Registration

To access the full features of cd33, you must register an account. During registration, you agree to:

  • Keep your registration information up to date. If your details change, update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
  • Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Notify cd33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

cd33 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

cd33 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Payments

cd33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
  • Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account status.

Deposits are generally credited to your cd33 account within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact cd33 support with your transaction reference number.

Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into cd33 are from legitimate sources and belong to you. cd33 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts not in your name may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

cd33 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account for responsible gaming or compliance reasons. These limits may be applied without prior notice in cases where problem gambling indicators are detected.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on cd33 are processed via the same payment methods used for deposits — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are paid to the account registered in your name only.

Standard withdrawal processing times on cd33 are among the fastest in the Bangladesh market, typically completing within 3 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and take longer to process.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

  • Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals above a certain threshold are processed.
  • Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real money balance can be withdrawn.
  • cd33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • cd33 may delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

If your withdrawal request is declined, cd33 support will notify you of the reason and the steps required to resolve the issue.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

cd33 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules:

  • Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered according to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
  • Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 500 BDT bonus means you must place 5,000 BDT in total bets before withdrawing.
  • cd33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
  • Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus not used within the stated timeframe will be removed from your account automatically.
  • cd33 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system in any way.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

12 Account Termination

Either you or cd33 may close your account at any time.

If you wish to close your account: Contact cd33 support and request account closure. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

If cd33 closes your account: cd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

  • A violation of these Terms has been detected or is suspected.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is identified.
  • The account holder is found to be ineligible to use the platform.
  • A self-exclusion request has been submitted.
  • cd33 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, cd33 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13 Changes to Terms

cd33 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cd33 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
